Values are basic and fundamental beliefs that guide or motivate attitudes or actions. they help us to determine what is important to us. the following describes how each of these values can be identified and demonstrated: Deliver Promises – This Value refers to how good you are at keeping your promises once you have mentioned it. This value can be identified by looking at the previous history of an individual and how they have been able to keep their word. This is demonstrated by delivering to your promises and not backing out. Clear Communication – This value refers to how good you are at projecting your message to individuals and how good you are at interpreting them.
